Small box, big condensation risk. Spraying a vehicle is a different skill than spraying a building.

We start with prep and masking: protecting glass, mechanicals, and the interior, and building a venting plan so fumes leave the van, not the customer.

Then substrate: spraying onto curved metal ribs and panels, getting adhesion right, and avoiding the air gaps that cause condensation and rust behind the walls.

We cover technique in tight spaces: pass control inside ribs, around windows and fan cutouts, and managing overspray in a box you can't back away from.

We finish with depth and trim: how much foam for off-grid R-value without losing headroom, and shaving flat for the build-out that follows.
